Whoiser is search platform for cyber threat resources and provides the historical event of the resources. 

Whoiser is a tool used by investigators in cyber criminal investigations in the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office to automatically query and

report owner information on cyber-criminal resources such as IP, Domain and URL, national and

local information, associated information, and reputation information.
